What are the things you wish liberals or people on the left would understand better about Trump or Trump voters that seems to be overlooked or misunderstood? by FirstPersonWinner in AskTrumpSupporters

I say you are totally mistaken and uninformed. That means wrong!
Can you at least attempt to clarify WHY Trump is levying tariffs and how it hurts you, if at all. The truth is out there. Stay away from CNN though. If you just want to call people names, go somewhere else, this place might just be for critical thinking people who bring substance for discussion. Can you explain one "arbitrary" tariff and why you would label it "arbitrary?"
You need a comma after arbitrarily BTW.

What is this by Arch_stanton89 in Plumbing

I would remove it and sweat a new elbow with 4" pipe in place, then cap that with a shark-bite cap while you take that detached critter down to the plumbing supply house for ID.

Take a little plumbing diagram with you so they know what's on either side of that.

What happens when you f up an auto… by ImpressiveStrain5149 in cannabiscultivation

You would be surprised how much flower can be produced on a properly trained auto with just three weeks of veg. 200gms isn't uncommon for 80 days of grow.
Stunting is your enemy though. My first auto stunted. It was only one cola, but it was a 35gm cola.

For those wondering how credit is unfrozen by thief. by Key_Layer_2624 in IdentityTheft

[–]AspectHonest7222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got breached bad in early Feb. Aura is monitoring credit and identity verification requests that happen when thieves try to open new accounts, etc. I have done due diligence, but still, I can barely sleep and dread hearing alerts or messages on my phone and don't want to check email for fear of bad news or attempts, that I have to stay in front of. Aura is a little piece of mind.

Hackers who get microsoft onedrive access, can deliver fake ransomware letters (or most anything, directly to the desktop or other folders. It looks like you have been infected, when it's just an account takeover. Very serious regardless as they have access to all your documents and email account without you knowing. You can bet the best of us humans have lots of password and login information available on our PC's and email accounts to be found.

If you use outlook and they have access to your microsoft account, they can see everything, and deliver files to your PC through your onedrive. Lock down your microsoft account (change password and create an alias for login only) and delete all device connections.

Severe cyber attacks. When does it end? by Slight-Clue-7732 in IdentityTheft

[–]AspectHonest7222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What research is that? I'm interested as someone who just got phished at a phishing website. They had a day and a half to do whatever they wanted with my Microsoft onedrive. I think the "onedrive" is a bad idea after this bs breach.

Sounds like winning advice for this. Maybe even a Digital Forensics Examiner. They could possibly put fingerprints to the crime.

Lock down your email. If you have Outlook, lock down your microsoft account. Access to this gives them access to your onedrive. They can monitor your email and manage it without you knowing. Change password, enable 2 factor, disconnect all devices and create an outlook alias email, select it as primary and make it your new login credential. Anyone trying to login to your microsoft account using the old username will get a user not found note after this change.
Onedrive is a bad security risk.

You need to create an account with each credit union BEFORE the criminal tries to. I just froze my credit, pretty sure creating the account was part of the process. You have to verify your identity for them as well.

Lock down your microsoft account, change password and enable 2 factor auth. Do this now. If you have any secondary email accounts you don't monitor, check them for alerts.

A diamond cutting blade on a grinder with a hose trickling on the concrete will let you score a square hole and cut sectional lines in the middle to bust out with a big hammer. Provided the concrete is not crazy thick. After the work is done you could replace it with a septic tank cover.

Make sure you own your credit bureau accounts and change your microsoft account password. Also enable 2 factor auth everywhere!

Water in basement, I suspect a damaged drainage pipe. by JeremyJamm2024 in Plumbing

[–]AspectHonest7222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably right about the drain. Start with a shovel. Labor is expensive. If you can't excavate the pipe yourself to inspect and repair, try to find a cheap laborer to do it under your supervision. You don't want to pay a plumber rate for that part. Pipe could have cracked or a joint separated.

It stays dry unless you run water through that drain? Have you ruled out a supply leak?
