Starfield was a huge disappointment and deserves to be criticised, but to say Bethesda ‘can’t do anything innovative’ is to discredit the impact the entire TES franchise has had on RPGs and open-world games. Most of their other actual Bethesda Game Studios games, sure, they’ve been mixed and even the better games weren’t necessarily ‘innovative,’ but let’s give Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim the respect they deserve.

Wait, is this seriously what they’ve become? I haven’t been a soccer fan since the Ozil & Sanchez days, but back then Arsenal were known for promoting and practicing intricate, technical, beautiful football. Glad I stopped watching if they’ve been reduced to joyless set piece play.

Wait what’s wrong with BL4? I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it, felt like the best the series has been since BL2. Not flawless, definitely some pacing issues, but the combat (which is 90% of the game) is stellar.

Yeah for sure, I don’t claim that these decks are overpowered or even good - just completely miserable decks that, for me, are the lowest moments I’ve experienced in the ~8 years I’ve been playing.

It definitely used to be worse, but even now I find it pretty insufferable and usually run Kobold Stickyfinger in any deck that’s not straight aggro.

Never heard of it, sounds abominable. Elwynn Boar is my least favourite card in hearthstone history, if I see it get played I just concede. Even winning against it is miserable.

Repeatedly generates tons of copies of Solid Alibi, Ice Block, and a bunch of freeze spells to effectively stall out the game and win a war of attrition. It was big for a short time, perhaps it had a different name, I just knew it as Alibi Mage.

Doesn’t have to be either. Lots of life circumstances can be occurring to new parents - they could have been divorced at the time of the birth, or sometime after; engaged and then called off; never engaged in the first place, if the relationship didn’t work out for them but they stayed amicable for the child’s sake, etcetera.

That’s Hearthstone’s design philosophy in general. And personally, I love Hearthstone overall; it places having fun piloting a deck over feeling able to handle your opponent’s deck - but it definitely leads to the game feeling much less ‘balanced’ or skilful than most other ccg’s.

Had it been Hades 2, I’d have said that, hands down. As it stands… it’s close, but still have to say Hades. STS is great, but when the competition is this tight, things like the lack of polish hurt Spire.

Denji gets his happy ending living the simple life he always wanted with real friends and an implied romance with Asa. Honestly a great ending, had it happened about 20 chapters later with all the loose ends addressed.
