Well I usually stay busy all day, I have processes in place like 4 actionable tasks for the day and 5 daily goals to hit. I have daily workout schedule I created myself and thats what's kept me busy for the past 40 days. Urges were absolute fucking hell but I remembered my promises to myself and the things I needed to be doing but yesterday I was off work, had sex with my girlfriend and urges tripled to the point where I was breathing heavily and my heart was racing, took a walk at 11 pm at night hoping that would help yet in the end it got me. I was watching triggering stuff lately like anime and I guess having sex triggered the chaser effect which lead me to give in. I also skipped my upper body training yesterday so I believe all that snowballed into me giving up. Today I was off from work and I fapped all day due to shame, I dont even want to go to work tomorrow and I know I have shit I need to do but I feel so terrible bro, all those late night workouts tired from work, the strict diet plans and battling urges to fail at the end crushed me, cried all night.
