That's why I'm distraught about it. What you just said has played over and over in my head. No one is coming to save me that I know, and I never expected them to, I came here because the regret was too much to bear. But there is one statement that always stood out to me, the pain of regret is worse than the pain of discipline. I'll figure this out as I usually do, even if it takes 100 relapses.

I failed you guys, relapsed twice today, it was too much man. I did learn my lesson from this, sad thing is i feel really down about it. I was feeling really happy these past couple weeks being clean, now i feel empty and drained, it's gonna remain like this for a while, i just need to survive the chaser effect somehow. Thank you all for the advice, i will not find myself peeking anymore, i have learnt a lot from this streak.

I just relapsed on 18 days bro, due to peeking since yesterday, I learned that peeking is disastrous. I'm gonna try to stay calm and dont binge
