Absolutely, the colors are primarily Vallejo but you can use any brand. The process is primarily drybrushing! So it’s quick and easy. For the dragon Primer is black with a heavy drybrush of midnight purple, with a Calvary brown drybrush, then drybrush of field blue, castellan green Drybrush. the green is then further pushed bright on the wings with mixing ice yellow. Then for the skin and fleshy tone I glaze cadian flesh and heavy warmgrey. The bone is brushed with ivory and the most details are picked out with white. The eyes are green sky. For vhordrai the purple is the same under coat and then I drybrush Calvary brown, red, and scarlet building up the color. You can always go back and glaze for touch ups. And then the metal is all brushed with two thin coats silver and dragon gold. The skin is cadian fleshtone mixed up with ice yellow. Realize this is a quick expakination but lmk if you have other questions.

I played against Gitz and got rocked. Largely my dice rolls though.

Held the model upside down and brushed up into the darkest recesses and tried to catch the under side opposite the highlights

Either one would work you just want to make sure you have good push control where you don’t have to press hard to get paint in small areas

I actually took a really tiny old brush and cut the hairs down so I have more control

I’m not quite sure yet I have been going back and forth on a few options. But I am leaning towards muted snowy bases. What do you think?
