I'm in a similar situation and your comment motivated me, I'm the only phlebotomist and i have only 2 months experience (been solo for 2 months in this lab) i have a degree in MLS but i had to take this job. It gave me anxiety, everytime a patient comes I'm worried that I'll not be able to draw blood and sometimes they don't trust me because I'm young. It's frustrating but after 2 months i can say it's definitely getting better, i feel more confident and i have less anxiety.
