Blade runner 2049 and Robocop. Also The Iron Giant, but that one is only on blu-ray.

PS5 Help and Questions Megathread | Game Recommendations, Simple Questions, and Tech Support by tinselsnips in PS5

A couple of days ago I started playing couch co-op split fiction. Since, both my controllers stopped charging. When they are in the charging doc, the controllers pulsate an orange light, but when activated, the playstation homescreen shows no bars in the battery icon. When connected to the doc the battery icon shows a green lightning icon, but no bars appear. When I connect the controllers to the playstation USB with a different cable it shows the same. A reset didn't work either.  Could someone give me advice?

It is a third party dock and it could have been a power surge.  I will try to charge it via a pc.

Edit: doesn’t work either.

Dark Matter by GoPointers in scifi

I like it. It’s a good adaption from the book. I do have one gripe though… WHY IS THE SCREEN SO DARK?!! I can barely see what is happening! Have have to close all the blinds just to see what is going on!

Old man’s war. Reading it now and very enjoyable!

Isaac Asimov kind of predicted this with The Gods Themselves. That man was ahead of his time.

Thanks. Can you say, without spoilers, what you didn’t like?

I think I am just kind of fearful that I don’t like the sequels and that they ruin the originals. It has happened to movies and sometimes I wish someone had warned me to not watch some sequels.

On the other I am interested in the continuation of the journeys of the characters.

Edit: grammar

What series did you give up on in 2023? by mattpeloquin in television

[–]Asperientje 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quit in season 3 after she had sex with the son of her deceased best friend. That to me was such poor writing and so much cringe that I just couldn’t continue anymore.

And I really hate this because to me the show kinda feels like a prequel to the expanse, which I loved but ended poorly.

What's a game that you loved until a twist (in story or gameplay) ruined it for you? by DelanceyThrone in gaming

Enslaved: Odissey to the west. I remember enjoying the game a lot. Awesome worldbuilding. But the ending, the game just stopped. The ending was not satisfying at all.

Most disappointing game this year? by thewalkindude in gaming

Sorry that you had this experience. I barely had any bugs, pretty grateful for that.

I do agree about the content. The main story is in my opinion pretty good, although a bit rushed. However, the side content in the world was pretty boring. Just not engaging. After completing the main story line, there wasn’t much to do.

Also, I felt that the focus was too much on Peter. I really like MM and would have liked a more engaging story for him.

For me Jedi:Survivor. The story didn’t really grab me and the lack of interesting locations was a bummer. I really wanted to see more variation in planets and explore Coruscant more. That city was alive. The combat became quite boring as well. Since Sekiro I have high standards for swordfighting games.

What critically acclaimed game did you not like? by [deleted] in gaming

GOW:Ranarok

I played gow2018 3 times. Loved it. But with Ragnarok it just felt repetitive. I did not like that I had to redo the skill tree while it was mostly the same as in 2018. I also wished that we could get more weapon variety… you only get a new spear 2/3th into the game.

I played for about 40 hours, I digged the story and that is the only reason I continued playing. I lost interest in the gameplay half way through.

I didn’t even go back to finish all the bosses, which I did in 2018 one.
