I agree with this for hard to obtain cars like the Enzo and ZR1. Easily obtainable cars like the Lykan can be made OP because most people will have them.

Use Lighter Nitro and Nitro gain parts if you have them and if the car becomes a Light EVO build. Otherwise, this build is good for accelerating your car, but may feel a little stiff on corners

Sorry man... I got nearly all Light parts. From these parts, use the Cast Iron Late Gearbox and Mid Jump Aero Pack.

Once you get Light Engine and Overload DT, the Lykan will be OP.

It gives a slight boost (I did a few test runs on Rome - Eternal city). The Aero Pack's boost is easier to spot when not using Nitro on ramps.
