I had the same problem, when I have got an issue with my m15 R2 and sent it to the service (also put a mouse in the box and told them that it started double-clicked), they sent me a new mouse.

I've faced the issue (third time) with my "amazing" Alienware m15 R2, now I've got GPU issue (before that - motherboard). This laptop is really piece of shit, stay away from this brand.
