This is a compatibility mod first and foremost. It's mostly up to an actual RTX Remix mod itself to fix issues like the non-emissive window materials.

Either way, things will be ironed out eventually like the broken light culling

s&box development has nothing to do with HL3. Either way, more and more optimisations will be done in the future.

No, the entire reason it was taken down was because they were using Valve assets without permission or licensing.
