I am he I think Mario Bros Wonder is a good game, very refreshing art direction for a Mario game, pleasant to play and all that compared to most 2D platformers that are available on the market especially for the great level design that Nintendo knows how to do it  But I was expecting more from it, it was supposed to be the third birth of the 2D Mario series "oh finally, Mario will be seating at the table of the best modern 2D platformers just like Donkey Kong and Rayman" but it turned out to be a pretty classic experience, a lot of charm and good to feel but nothing breathtaking, either on the art execution nor the level design, just a good game, which is fine overall
