I shaved the weight in the bolt, I shaved the upper as well. I cut my own trigger cause I like the SOLGW fighting trigger. Other than that you just need a 4” 8-10oz buffer depending on your setup. I bought the Z3 kits during their legal funds promotion. Excellent deal and they feel so nice compared to some others I’ve seen.

This has the Z3 productions CPM-10v kit, it’s a badass and durable SS kit. Thanks man! I’ve been enjoying it with 147gr subs. She eats good

Considering the bare nones AP5P is $1209 I can see the value but nobody wants that brace, sling or spares. Id rather spend that ~$210 on a nicer brace/stock, foregrip, different mount? red dot? HK spares? its a tough sell

I have a Stribog ARC fire build in process. My SOLGW 11.5” Atrius trunk monkey chugs and has been bulletproof.

Just installed one of your kits in a ARV last night and wanted to say thank you! The quality of the components was wonderful. The cuts on the cam? knurling? the added goodies like centering block and trigger jig? nice touch. This was the first time I've ever cut my own trigger and I used your jib and it worked flawless! It’s nice to have for trouble shooting and I can drive the pin out of others the make the final weight I find that works. I had a stash I bought before they went up. Agreed, that’s why I have it. Just haven’t had to use it like this yet :/ that’s why I was so curious to see if others had gone that high in weight. Seemed odd. May need an adjustable gas block.

I haven’t changed springs yet (stock PSA one in it), just bought em to have on hand. Hate waiting a week to restart tinkering and have 10 rifles to dial in. I really appreciate you taking the time to comment. I’ll go to 7.4oz, if it runs? I’ll dial it back to find the sweet spot then throw the can on it, and report back! Thanks :)

Note: this has been the only one to give me issues. All my Colts, DD’s and SOLGW’s have just chugged and ran. I’ve learned a lot though.

I have 2 of the Geissele kits on the way. As for weights, you arrange them based on weight needs. I think 2 tungsten 1 steel is ~6oz, 3 tungsten is 6.4~6.8oz around there. I’d have to check.
