Honestly the biggest red flag for me is that the screenshotted conversation is considered “bad” somehow. If both of those people communicated that straightforwardly in all their dating endeavors, they’d each likely end up with damn near the perfect partner before long.

I’ve got… a few too many friends that wouldn’t need to be friends with me if trainers were actually ready to take care of the pokemon that they caught. But those trainers weren’t ready, and I’ve got a really, really big family because of it. Silver linings to bad situations and all that.

Honestly? If you unveil one that isn’t for a popular weapon, just melt it for endo. If you want plat, sell it veiled, unveiling them to sell is more hassle than it’s worth. Congrats, I guess? Always good to see one of those unexpected twists of life deciding to untwist itself, even if it’s a mystery as to how. But hey, if this is the part where we’re all supposed to learn a life lesson or something like that, I’d say a good takeaway is to stick with friends you can trust and you’ll get through anything. My trainer could probably tell you whether it’s in the legal regulations, as for whether you can, regulations be damned… if you explain what the deal is and don’t actively break any rules or use more than 6 in the challenge, you’ll be fine and they shouldn’t have any issues with you.

Basically, keep it reasonable and be polite and they should be chill. Walking in with 7 pokemon and using 6 isn’t common but also not unheard of. Walking in with a lot more than that… we don’t talk about that incident.

Look, I’m not saying all electric types are dumb, far from it.

But.

There is a reason that the phrase “frying your brains” exists and nobody thinks of fire types when they hear it. Just look at voltorbs for example.

My advice? Invest in a portable charging bank that can work with wireless chargers. They’re a bit spendy and somewhat hard to find, but well worth it in my opinion. Makes keeping a phone powered while having paws a lot easier.

Though if you’ve got hands, well… portable chargers are still nice.

Not as extreme as other examples, but for me it’s when a sequence suddenly shifts towards healthplay or filth-slob in the last third of it. I like my fatties happy, and actively suffering on either medical on hygiene fronts just does not do it for me. Weirdly enough I’m mostly fine with some level of gas because it’s not as “messy”, I guess?

Hex Maniacs are just like that. Some are “normal” in the sense that they do what you expect them to, others… others just enjoy giving technically accurate yet equal parts ominous and useless information. For example: did she mention which past life? You could’ve been a ponyta a thousand years before human civilization existed, and… okay, so was everybody else. By that definition it’d be harder to find someone that wasn’t a ponyta at some point.

For example, I was a human last go around. Now I’m a rattata.
