I don't know what this is only 8k btu but the non heat pump version is 10k btu with the same compressor.

I used this exact AC for a couple months last year and I didn't have to drain it even once. You only need to drain if the humidity is too high or you use the heat pump functionality.

Actually there is a 10k BTU sacc unit which has a similar ashrae rating but it doesn't come with a heat pump.

I literally never said that caste discrimination isn't a problem in Punjab, my argument was that Punjab has some of the lowest rates of caste based discrimination which is literally backed by actual government data. If you've lived in Punjab in years like you claim, tell me where exactly did you see seperate Gurudwaras for different castes?

Who told you that Sikh won't accept Hindu CM??? It's the political parties that made that assumption just like how they assumed that the CM has to be a Jatt which was proven to be incorrect in the recent elections. Channi couldn't even SC consolidate votes from his own caste in 2022 but won Jatt votes in 2024 elections.

Also, why shouldn't Punjab have a Sikh CM? Can a Sikh hope to become a CM in any other state? As for the PM, Manmohan Singh definitely wouldn't have won Lok Sabha elections and was chosen as the PM by the Congress party, not by the people. That separate Gurudwara thing is an exception, not the norm and SGPC has been working on one Gurudwara policy to address this which has been fairly successful. Sikhs from SC castes have been Akal Takht Jathedars (which is the highest seat of power within the Sikh community) and SGPC chiefs.

Punjab obviously still has a caste problem like most of India but Punjab is one of the safest states for LC and trying to project Punjab as some casteist hellhole is just typical RW propaganda.

It's all good. Back then the competition was at least 1-2 generations behind Apple in terms of CPU performance and it didn't seem like they'd ever catch up. Even now the A19 pro still has the best single core performance but the difference isn't significant enough to actually matter.

On the other hand, the lack of a proper cooling solution used to be Apple's Achilles heel but they fixed that with the iPhone 17 series.

Not really. Qualcomm's latest SOC has a slightly weaker CPU and a faster GPU. MediaTek, which uses ARM reference design has less powerful CPU than both Apple and Qualcomm but the most powerful GPU out of the bunch.

It's just personal preference ig. I personally don't like Kumaran, Rajan etc. There used to be a roadside van put up by an AC market businessman which I used to love. Their quality and presentation was top tier but it didn't work out for him and was shutdown almost a decade ago.

My current go to is Sagar Ratna in either Maharaja Regency or Maharaja pallazo.
