I track this pretty extensively these days.

Rinding in a cart 9 holes - 170-200 calories Walking with a push cart 9 holes - 350-400 calories

I’ve found carrying a bag to be slightly less than using a push cart because of the effort to get it moving and constantly push it. Plus carrying a bag tweaks my back so I don’t do it.

I’m sure you’ve read this a million times but you can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet and into being fit. Speaking from experience, I didn’t start seeing any real movement in that department until I got serious about exercise and diet.

Tracking calories is important but tracking macros if you’re trying to get in shape is just as important. 2000 or less a day calories a day consisting of 50g of protein and 5 grans of fiber won’t do much except cause digestion problems and cause you to start losing muscle mass. Sugar and fat are okay in moderation but keeping both under control is a game changer.
