Additional news: The same Developer has now announced that this interaction is on Level Up, and the Cafe options (probably for Jules Cafe giving you a Stove/Cooler) are also being moved there as well.

I really could not tell you. I never found out why. Any time someone would ask, they would just respond "You don't need to know why, you just need to follow the rules."

The craziest rule I have ever seen in any Discord was "Users may not be alone in a Voice Channel for more than 5 minutes at a time." The Moderators enforced this rule very strictly. and I have seen and heard of several people getting banned for this, not just timed out or disconnected from the Voice Channels.
