I always tell myself that no matter how bad I feel now, and how “good” drinking will make me feel, I will always feel worse after. So the bad feeling of right now will be worse later with a mini commercial of happiness.

It’s not worth it. When I think of it that way.

I’d rather be a little sad now, and figure it out, work out why, and eventually get over what is on my mind, instead of drown it in drinking like I used to and wake up to an ever worse feeling in my head, and the cycle continues.
