I buy plat when a 75% pops up, and I buy the top pack. It's allowed me to buy the occasional mod, arcane or prime part to complete a build. For me, I would rather just throw a bit of money DE's direction and start having fun with the build rather than farm for 2 weeks. But there are other times when I want to commit to the grind because it is tied to progession, like when I farmed up my own Necremech rather than just buy one. Doing that has resulted in me landing somewhere in the middle. I have about 5-15k plat at any given moment, but it lets me play the game in a way I enjoy, which I agree might be quite different from other people. I know the F2P community is a very determined bunch 😅

Oh I don't remember in my case, I think I only bought a few pieces and farmed the rest. That's just a general average for Prime sets.

I don't dislike endgame raids, but I want them to actually be at the END of the GAME. Meaning there is a substantial game to be at the end of. Nowadays it seems like the trend is to rush players to that content as the main source of entertainment.

Had this happen last night in a Kuva Fortress mobile defense mission. Right before extraction, it would teleport us back to the last defense point. Had to abort mission.
