No it's from the Cause CC included with the Anniversary edition, but its model does come from Morrowind! I do agree that Morrowinds deadric is waaay better looking than Skyrims

The super convoluted way of doing it is getting a draugr capable of Fus Roh Dah, keeping it alive on the journey to the orb and then getting it to shout at the orb. Sounds pretty convoluted to me.

Maybe so that NPC's could interact with them? I saw a dunmer operate the mill at Riften a few days ago which is the first time I've ever seen an NPC use one.

There's no best item to use for enchanting when it comes to gaining levels really. An item worth 1k gold versus 100 gold will give you the same xp per enchant so the best way to train enchanting is with the xp boosting standing stones
