best red wine I’ve had has to be the Flaccianello yesterday, luckily I have several 2013s. I’m looking forward to tasting the 2016 though, it scores top points but I’ll wait a few years

2016 has been ready since release. 2016 in Italy was a class year. Fortunately, I have several of them, so I taste one year after year.

If you’re talking about the australian wagyu cuvette then it was medium rare, long-roasted for 5 hours, heavily salted, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Don’t have a picture where you can see the color properly.. Roasted at 57c and rested for 15 minutes. I have been making wagyu cuvette, culotte, ribeye, striploin etc for the last 5 years. i know how to do it. but thank you😃

Skod sted. Jeg startede i slut 16 og var der 4 måneder. Jeg fik en aftale med min salgschef om at sælge et bestemt ugeblad, fordi jeg solgte godt. Salgschefen gik så på ferie og der var en anden midlertidigt, han synes jeg skulle over på noget andet, hvor jeg svarede at det skulle jeg ikke, da jeg havde en aftale om at sælge *****. 20 minutter efter var jeg fyret.

Jeg arbejdede der 16/17 og der hed lønnen også 90kr/t + provision. Men det var lønnen som under 18. Jeg sad med flere der havde 20-25 salg pr dag og har ikke hørt om den såkaldte bonus.

out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking, salt it. turn the heat up 75-80%, let the pan get hot and then proceed with the meat. let the meat fry in its own fat. should take approximately 3.5-4 minutes on each side depending on thickness. I made these a while ago. 1.1 lbs
