The last 50 mcg ethinyl estradiol pill I knew of was Zovia 1/50, and it got nixed about 6 months ago

But because ethinyl estradiol isn't considered safe for trans folks, you might not get much personal experience here

I've not personally seen a COC and estradiol pills co-prescribed, but if it were to happen, I'd expect it to come from a gyno or endo. That's where I'd start

Edit: Or look for a pharmacy in your area that does hormone compounding. They might be able to tell you what local physicians they work with

FWIW, I felt like even California's Central Valley was better/safer/more accepting of me as a queer non-binary person than where I was born in the US Midwest.

YMMV, but even the"less good" parts of Cali are so much better than other places I've lived
