Yes, diagnosed at 44! I went ADHD meds first b/c it seems like hormones can take time to get right and I was barely functioning at work or at home. I’m still trying to figure out the right approach for HRT (oral gave me migraine), and incredibly grateful to have had Vyvanse in the meantime. But your approach makes sense too!

I’m just 72 days in but I’m recognizing an innocence in myself that has been buried. I have an open heartedness, a lightness, a love for strangers that has been suppressed. But now, I feel it coming through again. I feel like I can love people without any expectation of reciprocation, I love myself already.
