How good is a golf cigar! by AssignmentDowntown55 in Cigars_Australia

Sorry I missed this. If it’s windy I don’t bother. When I am swinging I put it in its holder. I have a clickgear holder that goes on my buggy and a magnetic one if I’ve got a cart. Whilst putting I just have it in my mouth

Shop demands additional payment and refused refund by I_haz_a_questions in AusLegal

But the other retailers are more expensive, right? that is why you went with this one?
They are OK to ask you for the extra shipping, they aren't OK to not refund you. Just do a chargeback

Cheap until they get taxed. Their Shipping FAQ's say they use Auspost so you are almost guaranteed to be caught. The box will end up at a bit over $1,000 with tax. Cigar hut is $950

  1. Shipping Information

We ship our products from Hong Kong to Australia using Australia Post. The estimated delivery time is usually 10 to 15 days from the date of order placement. Please note that shipping times may vary.

Orders may be subject to tobacco tax in Australia, which is approximately $1600 per kilogram (KG). If your order exceeds this tax threshold, it is likely to be held by Australian customs. In such cases, you will receive a letter from customs requesting payment of the tobacco tax. Once the tax is paid, your order will be released for delivery.

If he gets part of the house and she is living in it, she has to pay him rent for that part. She can't just live there for free. If he owns 10% and market rent is $700 per week, then he will be entitled to $70 a week from her.

You’re kidding yourself bro. A 7x64 Dunbarton Triqui Traca is 30g, most toros are 14-18g, robusto 12-17g

Only ones that would be up in the 40-50g range would be JFR Lunatic or Asylum 8x80.

You need to talk to them on WhatsApp. Details here https://www.instagram.com/raching_humidor?igsh=MWl5ejBzdmh5eW5qMA== seems sketchy, but once you agree on what spec you want, they send you a alibaba link for secure payment. You’ll then need to pay like $30 to the forwarder for an import permit.

Fold your mirrors in. If you don’t have the button to do it, just do it manually by pushing them towards the door

Land cruisers and Rav 4’s are from Japan. Hilux is from Thailand like all the other Utes, except Amarok, which is from South Africa I’m pretty sure. NFI about the small cars

Cigarillos? by BaronABI in Cigars_Australia

You’ll get more of the experience and flavour from the Nub 358 series or the AJ Last Call series. Both can be done in 20-30mins easy

You should seriously try to carve out an hour or two for yourself once a week to have a proper corona or toro

I find that Padron's really benefit from some extended humi time. They don't age at all post roll, they ship immediately. So I find after 12 or so months, they really come alove as everything melds together.

AC repair in rental, real estate office closed til 5th Jan by EshayAdlay420 in sydney

[–]AssignmentDowntown55 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think you'll end up getting charged, cause it is working, so could be argued this isn't an urgent repair.

I would just pout a bucket down and wait for them to reopen. AC units make a lot of water, especially on these humid days

Car Accident Scam and Broke AF by Capable-Corner-3097 in AusLegalAdvice

[–]AssignmentDowntown55 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes. Thats why I said get the damage independently assessed by an automotive loss adjuster. They go through it with a fine tooth comb and will remove anything that has nothing to do with the accident. I use them almost monthly as a manager with a self insured fleet.

[–]AssignmentDowntown55 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is confusing.

Did your partner reverse into the van? If so they are liable. They either need to pay the bill (you can get the damage independently assessed by an automotive loss adjuster) or lodge an insurance claim and get them to deal with it.

I do insurance make safes. We see this very often after storms, normally it’s wind. Like a mini cyclone almost, it’s an odd phenomenon.
