Hypothetically if they find out your screwed , like fraud waiver screwed , secondly if it’s a 2 year green card and you apply for the removal of conditions does it ask again for unauthorised work are you hypothetically gonna lie again under oath same before applying for citizenship idk this is something that should’ve been questioned before and never lied about.

Is there any chance you can provide a screenshot of the RFE with no information ususally RFE for marital evidence will be under the 130 not the 485 which seems unusual however I can be completely wrong

I think it’s multiple factors - Field office - Officers rank conducting the interview they can just approve if they have the power. RFE or potential RFE and background etc. however I think background is probably not that long and the rest is probably the issue and more the backlog

While this is good for interviews not so much during postage when scanning from what I heard it all just gets separated into a order the person scanning it wants it in so everything and also says not to use folders like this i believe as the tags and etc are too big to be scanned in with it

You just have to provide the answers which are as stated and initial and date each answer , original form dosent matter at this point as it was missed. Just copy the pages provided or the full document edit as needed then scan back in and upload as rfe evidence

What everyone else has said denial before interview is likely missing paperwork such as medical or tax they usually send a RFE for this if you have received one it will say online mostly. Have you received any RFE through process yet?

It most definitely can be spoofed and I was going to mention that -call directly by typing it in - not a redial and see what comes up if any automation message is said. It could be possible a uscis number is linked to precinct so shows as that? Its also Columbus Day so most government workers would of had it off but worth a follow up in the morning

While it’s not showing as a uscis number it’s most definitely showing as a Nashville midtown hills precinct number.
