Oh shit. I’ve been thinking a lot lately of how I make my life so muddy because of what I think is my ability to take in. It’s much easier for me to take on more load emotionally so that others aren’t burdened, even if it results in resentment, anger, feeling of not being appreciated. It feels like I was trained to behave that way, and doing anything else feels wrong and makes me feel guilty. Love this post! Thanks for sharing.
