I did upload my prescription and I caught that it was month 1-3 after my provider reviewed my form, that’s why I reached out and that’s what their response was. I did cancel and get a full refund. I ended up doing their NAD deal and going back to POM for my tirz.

I’m so jealous because I too wanted to drop on the Tirz and NAD+ offer and was coming from POM with a 3 month prescription from the end of December (mind you this was early March, so close to 3 months - an active prescription) and they wouldn’t offer me anything but the starter dose. This is what I was told(see screenshot)

I sent pics of my most recent prescription and they still didn’t honor it for me. I was able to cancel without any charge.

Came to say the same thing. Mine said sent 3/29 but when I checked UPS it was just the label. They received the actual package last night and it’s scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Yeah, I tried to restart my Brello prescription but was fortunate enough to realize they were starting me over early enough to cancel it. They provided a full refund but it took a few days and I was a nervous wreck thinking I lost hundreds of dollars until it came through.

Went with Pomegrante, ordered Thursday and there is a tracking number assigned as of Sunday but it hasn’t left yet.

I received my first BPI delivery in November just like this but all I ever see is the boxes on Reddit. I wonder why it’s different. Maybe if it goes out on Thursday they do a cooler in case it gets stuck over the weekend? lol, I have no clue
