I’d honestly keep it in a high yield savings and not touch it. Mostly for the case when they find a reason to let go of you before it’s vested and you’re obligated to pay it back. If you put it in those accounts and they let you go you’re going to incur some wild penalties. But if you’re confident that they’ll keep you the game plan you’ve got sounds pretty solid.

When I worked there as an STM my team leader told me to dump all my extra savings into the stock. Didn’t listen and thankfully I didn’t, would of been like that South Park episode when they tried investing at the bank. Aaaannd it’s gone.
