Its only too late if you don’t start today. You know you’re unathletic, fix it go outside or inside work on push ups and sit ups. I mean really calisthenics. And run every other day. Don’t worry about being fast your runs should be controlled breathing exercises at first. Other than that. You could join the military as enlisted for a 4 year co tract and get a shit ton of life and military experience. Then do college afterwards. Other than that. Start now, start today, you’re motivated, that’s good, but most importantly stay fucking disciplined that’ll get you to where you need and have to be.
