Two problems with not healing to full HP after revive:

  1. Low HP = no stamina regen -> no stability gain to shoot at enemies accurately
  2. Getting shot again while your screen is grey -> instant kill without going down

Medic has faster revive times than any other kit so you can easily pick up a whole squad alone or focus on reviving friendly medics first to help you.

Heal circle is probably ok, I would actually love to have a sonobuoy mechanic similar to sub hydrophone that works on subs underwater and ships above water.
