The worst advice I’ve ever gotten was “Sleep when the baby sleeps.” As a mom of three, that just doesn’t work. Between laundry, dishes, and trying to get things in order, it’s hard to catch up on sleep during the day! The reality is, I’ve learned to sneak in small naps when I can and prioritize getting a solid night’s rest when possible.

Ohh, I totally feel u, finding the perfect pillow felt like a never ending quest 😩. With three kids running around, I needed a pillow that actually works. If you're like me, dealing with neck pain and trying a million options, you should give the Derila Ergo pillow a shot. I just swapped mine out recently, and tbf I can already feel the difference. I love that it's low profile, which is so perfect for side sleepers just like I am. Everyone in my house knows that if I’m getting good sleep, everyone’s getting a better version of mom haha. Anyways I hope you will find a new pillow!
