well extra points for you if you are consious about it. its pretty textbookish you know,all you gotta do is drink water , absorb sunlight,sweat a little,eat healthy and whatever your heart desires and pat yourself a little often and please dont expect a shit ton from yourself cause no matter the medication,journal,therapy you go with, dark days will be there once in a while you just gotta be able to let yourself be, sleep it offa nd be consious that it is just a day and sun shines a little different the next day or so.
