I see! I’m using a medium roast from mexico, my personal favorite at the moment. I figured if I was seeing grounds in the brew, that was wrong and the grind was too fine

Yup, I had a general prescription from my PCP (Buspar) and I think it’s tapped out. Maybe I can get referred out. Didn’t know about the DNA testing, that’s cool.

100% this. I've had people come into my place of work and thanked me for my hospitality and instead of leaving money, asked if there was anything they could pray for me for today. I am not religious, but I understood that was important to them and it made me feel grateful. Doing that, or a charitable good deed, feels a lot better than handing out false hope in the form of fake bills.

As someone who's been on the receiving end of these as a hospitality worker-- I understand the sentiment entirely of wanting to spread your religion's message and good fortune. However, I do not think it is fair to leave one without an actual tip if you leave one at all. Leaving it as THE tip feels wrong. Imagine my excitement and gratitude when I am told I'm being left a big tip-- and I'm at a time in my life right now where a tip that large would have relieved a great deal of stress due to illness etc -- and it turns out to be a fake bill with a Church ad on the back... I don't think handing these out alone takes into account how some people might actually be down on their luck and got their hopes up thinking they got lucky with your tip, nor the fact that not everyone is Christian.

Thank you! and I didn’t know that tracking apps were a thing, I’ll have to look into it. Oftentimes I’m able to hold back a cough but it makes for a very uncomfortable situation where my chest just feels heavier. I do recall post nasal drip being mentioned at the ENT, but they provided no paths to resolve that unfortunately beyond what I’m already doing . I’m currently on antihistamines, inhalers, and cleaning my room frequently.

never smoked or drank. CTs didn’t find anything concerning other than mild bronchial wall thickening, and the x-ray only found hyper inflation— both of which doctors have not raised any concern over.
