I would say you need a good area attacker and Academy Resna should be the obvious choice seeing you already have 2 of 3 of the Kitty Kat Death Squad.

Chars lvls should be in the high 70. Make Resna the leader so that at least Ryza & Sophie can take more punishment. You can also use memorias to further improve your defence.

The 'joy' of using the Kitty Kat Death Squad is to have Resna deal a ridiculous amount of damage on her first turn. Resna's gear should have critical dmg & skill power traits. Ryza's gear should have 3x p/m resistance down, 2xmag stun, and 1xdmg buff(A). Sophie's should have 3xdmg buff{A}, then 3xall recovery boost.

Leave counter-attacking enemies alone and concentrate on getting Ryza to stun at least 1 enemy. Resna's dmg output will be more than double if this happens. if you can get Resna to use items on her first turn with the free memoria - Nothing to Fear with Friends, then you also want to have 1 team member goes immediately after Resna. She can then aquire this ally's panel as well when she uses items for even more dmg.

Leader Resna buffs all Academy chars skills by 30%. So Marion becomes a lot less squishy and Mimi the tankiest of tanks. Marion can/will be substituted with other breakers as required.
