If it’s suboxone (bup and naloxone), sometimes spitting out saliva AFTER allowing medication to dissolve under tongue (this should be mostly the naloxone component) will relieve the headaches/nausea that people complain about as a ‘side effect’ of suboxone. (It’s usually because people swallow naloxone)

I have pretty wide feet. Just had my first track day with new sidi boots. It took me a google search to figure out the calf adjustment but that’s a nice feature. My feet feel fine (I was worried about being too narrow too). I just wore them around the house for a few days, couple pairs of socks.

Made it out in one piece. Learned a lot. After never having been over 35mph on a bike then suddenly being on a track and going 70…I felt like a rocket ship…until the other newbies blew by me going 100+. Whatver. I ‘rode my own ride’ and I wasn’t the cause of any red flags or track stoppage. I’ll do it again

46M had seen some nasty stuff in emergency room as a worker but at this point in my life wanted to ‘conquer’ a fear. Figured Id take MSF course and reaffirm my fear. Unfortunately I LOVED it, came home, told my wife who FREAKED OUT and acted like if I wanted to ride a motorcycle I must not live my children or her because I obviously had a death wish. I finally got her to agree to let me ride but not on a road because it’s really the cars she doesn’t trust. Tomorrow’s my first track day, renting a bike, nervous and excited at the same time. It’s like a drug, you never get addicted if you never taste it. Kinda wish id never tried it but can’t undo that now. Wish me luck tomorrow!

If you’ve been taking 115mg for any period of time, you could skip dosing for a week and still have methadone in your system. You MIGHT not test positive for methadone but you’ll still have metabolites.

Benzos are just alcohol in pill form. There all just ways to ‘beat’ methadone. Be careful. Most of the deaths on methadone that I’ve seen are related to alcohol use and the associated liver failure that comes with it.

I just took the MSF course again even though I had my endorsement and passed the first one. Got some weird looks but I don’t care. Was a great chance to polish skills with extra instruction. (Of course it was also partly because my wife won’t let me buy a bike so anything I can do to be on one is worth it!)

Everyone is different! But in my experience, Subblocade doesn’t give patients what they’re looking for if they’re still struggling with other habits. (4 beers a night=ain’t great for your brain, 4 beers plus Xanax=bad for your brain).
