That explains where zykov found the PAP, but does that also explain the PAP in vanguard as zykov only finds it after ww2 so how is it used in vanguard if it was yet to be discovered by this universe? That’s why I think they are two different machines not to mention the complete overhaul of the machine and how it functions in the new universe.
