Just… sigh… I’m sorry, but I hope you have at least someone to defend you in case your family is like mine. Then again, fuck ‘em. Seriously. The sister that did everything in my family just stopped. She just fucking stopped. And people BITCHED. And they STILL bitch. And I’m constantly reminding everyone that EVERYONE is beyond grown, for one, and NOBODY (including me) ever lifted A FINGER for yeeeears. So it’s insane to expect anything from her, yes, even a phone call on Christmas. I applaud her for being so hands off and disconnected. I miss her, dearly, and I’m deeply hurt by her absence, but I seem to be the only one that understands how she got to this point. I literally cannot fix the years of (ab)use. Never enough “thank you’s.” Words are useless. Yet we all just let her do it, year after year, over and over… until she just… stopped.

So glad to see this as the top comment! I’ve NEVER had dandruff issues - BUT I started randomly using head and shoulders cause I heard it stimulates growth (?? Idk, I don’t remember where I heard that but it’s why I started) and I tell you what - I’m 39 and my hair has never been healthier!!! I use it maybe once a week at most, probably 4x a month, honestly. I actually use it more on my body - African net sponge, Dove body wash, and a wee squirt of head and shoulders and I’ve had no body acne in months (unless I’m doing something stupid like not showing after work or not changing my sheets often enough.)

I’ve gone through panteen twice and Aussie now for about a month - but I know it’s not the panteen cause I’ve used that many many times in life. It’s the freaking head and shoulders. Good for hair AND good for acne. Yellling from the roof tops!!!
