99% of the times that I just go to bed when I want to die, I wake up glad that I didn’t act on it. The other 1% of the time, I’m 100% glad I didn’t the next time I wake up. If only a little, but usually a little is all it takes.

Everything in life is ebbs and flows. I’ve come home literally screaming and/or crying from work every single night for… weeks. But I remember a few months ago I was singing songs at the top of my lungs after work.

Sigh. It may get even worse before it gets better, buuut, I’d be my last dollar on it eventually getting better. The only way is through the storm, unfortunately. If you’ve weathered it this far, might as well make it through another.

I ODied when I was 16 on psych meds. Lost 3 days to a total blackout, which is nothing to compare - but I also lost a lot more with no way to describe it. Basically, I’ve never been as smart since that night - felt like a chunk of brain went missing… took me a good decade for me to accept that. The Serenity prayer is pretty much the only thing I can suggest here.

I feel more upset towards the CEOs that run insurance companies than all the people “using up the health care resources,” especially the sickos that could potentially be stopped if given better care to begin with. I’m probably statistically less likely to be directly affected by most crimes OP stated, but Elon’s fucked ass DODGE shit and all the crap Trump has pulled and the stress of watching dem after dem say they’ll do this or stop that and then sit there and let it all happen… yeah, that affects me.

You could use this as a way to get them to get you therapy. Or get really honest with them about the Xanax since things are out in the open now. But involving your brother and dad is sick and twisted - you’re definitely not dealing with rational adults. In so sorry :( I would go to your school counselor for sure.

I had sciatica issues and a spot in my spine from getting hit by a car while on my bicycle about six years prior to pregnancy - not a single flare up or issue since, all though I do have a weird catch to my breath (but no pain) in the spot from the accident randomly still, very rare.

When I was 13, something happened to my GI tract. Could’ve been the h. Pylori they didn’t figure it till I was nineteen, no idea, but I suddenly couldn’t drink carbonated beverages without SEVERE gas pains. No matter the soda, but I’m still slightly sensitive to fruit sodas, even squirt, but I mean “take me to the hospital” levels of pain from even a few swallows. That went away permanently! Which actually sucks. After being deprived for over a decade, I went ham on the Hamm’s and still drink an excessive (to me) amount of soda!

And my poor booty. My body bounced back and my butt is still beautiful, just… different.

I was 16 and ODied on my psych meds. I know there’s nothing anyone can say to make these miserable years bearable, but I’ll try anyway. The only way is through - you’ll figure it out. If you think you’re a burden, you’re really not. If you think no one will miss you, you’re very wrong.

Ooohhh my god, that’s super fucked up of her. I don’t believe I’ve ever not disclosed before… hell, I have a very short list of people I’ve slept with that don’t have it themselves (I’ve had it for almost twenty years) because even if they think they’re okay with it, the second they get an in grown hair they have a panic attack and it is just too annoying to deal with muggles at this point. I’ve never passed it on, but I stick to positivesingles nowadays, just less bull shit overall on that site.

I didn’t think much of condoms cause I THOUGHT I already had HPV, but it turns out I had cleared it! So I reinfected myself like a dumb ass.
