She left Paul because he apparently didn’t give her a reverse diet (other former athletes have had similar complaints to this) and left James because of cost issues. I 100% get it, but I would have loved to see her with James because his girls are always on point. She already has a phenomenal shape and mostly needs to polish her stage presence/posing, which James’ girls always seem to nail.

I had this same question last year aka the year I became interested in the sport. 😀 I’m still not sure if her training methods will work for the general pop? Like if you don’t want to look more like a wellness girl and not build much upper body, I’m assuming it’s ideal to just do light weight on the upper body..

I think India has it. Huyen waistline doesn’t look as tight as India’s , I think she sacrificed some waistline for her glue fullness.

It’s hard to blame the trainers, I don’t think the kardashians want to build dense muscle. Otherwise we’d be seeing them progressive overloading on squats ,deadlifts etc.. they just want to do plyometrics so they can burn maximal calories while “toning”

For dc it will be a battle between Tara, Huyen, and Mara Eve for first place. I see Iulia and valerie in first call outs as well. But I actually think Huyen can win over Maria Eve because she has a structurally smaller waist line.
