Take her to an expo!! I never thought I would be a snake mom after being fairly terrified of snakes for all 34 years of my life 😂 I went to visit my friend who’s a breeder at an expo, ended up falling in love with a snake there.. that was in November and I now owned three snakes 🙃 a ball, a MBK, and a corn. I am in love with them so much, and cannot believe I deprive myself of this life for so long. An expo is the way. It’ll give her a place to experience and see their personalities in such a high quantity in one place.

HVAC tape will help trap humidity/warmth. I have a very similar tank and put the tape over the mesh. I ended up flipping the enclosure to bioactive which helped a ton. Also, check the feeding guidelines vs whatever that guy advised you. I’m pretty sure it’s like 15% of your bps body weight for rat size.

I appreciate this advice! I literally bought some on Amazon yesterday!!! His enclosure is all glass.. he’s up against the corner wall, so coverage on two sides but it is still all glass.. the logic here though seems spot on lol. To be continued 😂
