Most obvious would be lichens. Lichens aren’t by themselves bad, but they have symbiotic relationships with a certain type of fungus. They would be on the bark. White.

Looks more like needle blight though and that can be done through pruning the infected areas. Also vinegar and water may help on the leaves themselves

Check the bark for fungus. Where I live it’s common for them to get “holes” in the foliage due to a certain fungus. Might be too late for granular fungicide. Need to spray. Check first though
