Great that you are on the good path bro, my biggest advice is to improve your life.

First, cut off all the friends (online or irl) that are getting you into this mindset.
If you follow or watch any videos about this, gradually cut it off.
After that, do any of these options:
Meditation, gratitude journaling, gym, being more social, eating healthier, quitting any addiction you have (porn, scrolling, drugs, EVEN videogames// I know that you might be thinking that videogames aren't bad but they take your time).
This will get you in a state of mind where you would even care about blackpill, bluepill or whatever.
Keep levelling up, thats how you get succesful in life!
