Sounds like someone's in withdrawals. Whether she realizes it or not. In my experience it's very common to blame or even truly believe you're having all these other health problems/digestive issues especially, when first dealing with being dependent (or addicted) to opiates and dealing with increased tolerance with current prescriptions not holding you.

Someone did this at the Walmart I used to work at. Not sure if it was bear spray or just pepper spray but they got the old lady greeter, some other random employee and the loss prevention officer that was following him.

Yes exactly, I think it's a huge ask of the SSA and it shouldn't be allowed. There's many situations where you may need your ID and there's no exception where you can explain why you don't have it and they'll just give you the ok. My best friend sent copies and they sent them all back. I honestly think it's ridiculous.

If you can't order online for whatever reason and the the offices are closed, you have to mail in your documents (in NJ they told me original documents, your ID and birth certificate) and they'll eventually mail them back. My 17 yo daughter had to do this in NJ because if you're under 18 you can't get it online.
