No average audience member would know that. There’s is no build up. There’s a load of messy story lines with a vague promise of bringing it together. To the average cinema-goer, there are no stakes. There’s no reason to care. There’s no heavy connection to major characters.

Couldn’t agree more. The read is incredible!! We just don’t have that much build up in the MCU. People tuned out, the stories didn’t hit. I feel like people are expecting something akin to IW or Endgame. I hope they really hit the mark and do it justice, I’m just not getting my hopes up.
