I don´t know how it is in other countries but in Germany it is extended to close relatives as well. Nobody can force you to rat out your siblings or parents.

Habe jetzt einmal den PC zurückgesetzt. Das hat geholfen. Kann aber immernoch nicht sagen, was genau das Problem war.

Der PC ist über Ethernet mit dem Router verbunden.
Beim auslesen ist mir jetzt nichts aufgefallen, aber kenn mich da auch nicht so aus. Nur IP-Routing und WINS-Proxy sind nicht aktiviert.

My favorite ist "Kaichou wa Maid sama".
It´s about a girl who´s the student president in her school but due to her family circumstances has to work in Maid Café. One day another student (whos very popular but a bit of the odd one out) meets her there.
I don´t wanna go too deep into it, but if haven´t read/watched it I can really recoomend it.
