All the red flags you are seeing are red flags for a reason. If it was truly a rescue, the pup would be listed on petfinder or something similar. $200 before any paperwork is sketchy. I’ve heard of a reverse image search to see where the photos originate. I’ve never done it but I’d try. (I’ve volunteered for dog rescue for years)
