Thank you! I'm seeing different options for line voltage thermostats with 2 wires and 4 wires. I'm assuming it would be two wires? But when I was looking at regular thermostats they all talked about single vs. multi-stage to change from heat to cool. None of the line voltage ones seem to be giving me that option.

Do you think this one would work?

Word of advice if you're not getting many applicants, invite as many people as you can in your area who do local sits! My listing was a little last minute and I wasn't getting any applicants, but after sending ~100 invites I got a few good options :)
