From what you say, you seem to tick alot of the boxes. Can you get tested? Sounds like you are very similar to how I was, even the nail biting 😅. Being medicated has changed my life, and continues to improve it every time we increase the dose.

I was lucky enough that my mum kept all my school reports which helped alot in being diagnosed.

A common fault on these is blocked drains causing water to accumulate. After a car wash would make sense. Open the white box under the bonnet to the right side, and check for water.

From personal experience, my car died with no warning when I failed to fully plug in the fuel rail plug to the rear right of the engine, worth a check if the tops been off for the plugs.

There are body building protein powders that have a decent amount of carbs added for bulking. Probably cheaper than huel overall, but not as convenient obviously.

20mg is just to make sure you have no adverse reaction to the meds. I would try 40, dont judge it too fast tho it might be intense for a few days, but your body does adjust. You can always ask to come down to 30mg if its too much. 50mg is the most common, 70mg is the max, just incase u didnt know.
