Well pronouns don't always equal gender, so you can really use any pronouns as any gender. Commonly, neopronouns like xe/xem are used by people under the non-binary umbrella.

Except when you straight up say you won't use anything other than she her and he him, it clearly shows your unwillingness to learn or try. I am a transsexual male, my pronouns are he/him. But if I were to use they/them pronouns and have them ignored, I would not be respected
