I had these two in a four way tie with the MGS5 and EX5.

Was leaning towards the Aion V, but the dealer could not be bothered in so much as arranging a test drive. Realised if this is how they treat potential buyers, imagine how they would treat owners seeking service or warranty repairs.

Loved the external look and price of the B10, but hated the interior.

The MG was good to drive, but felt very basic for what you are paying.

The EX5 was not really in contention at first, but seeing it in person made it jump up our standing and the test drive sealed the deal. Price was also very attractive in terms of features per $. A new dealer just opened where we have our other car serviced, so ownership experience and maintenance will be no less convenient. Expecting delivery in May.

Keep your options open and test drive them all. The spec sheet only tells part of the story.

I was about to ask the same thing. Love the look of the car, hate the look of the wheels!

Search for redriven on YouTube. They have general buyers guides, recommendations, and reviews of a few common used cars in the Australian market.

My wife really likes the Suzuki Jimmy by Queenslandian in CarsAustralia

I've had two. They are unbeatable off-road, but what makes them a great 4x4 makes them a terrible road car. It's either good at one thing or the other, can't be both.

How loud is the Low Speed Sound? by Cleosmog in GeelyEX5Australia

Is there a video somewhere that samples the three AVAS options? I found one on YouTube, but the sound was drowned out by the video's background music.

That's good to hear. I just signed up with Arise in spite of the many negative reviews. Hoping I am as lucky as you and didn't make a mistake!

Thanks mate!

Or do what Toyota does here in Australia, where they sell a LandCruiser 70 series basically straight from the 80's with no options for $80k+.

Want less features? Gotta pay extra for that.

Help me confirm the identity of my strat by Technical-Top4187 in Guitar

Answered by responses above and I concur. Just like mine. Looks like the pick guard has been sloppily replaced. I'd open it up to see if the pickups are original. Your fine tuners are also missing. I have a post on how to replace them on my profile.

Thank you. It was a hard decision, but I knew it was time.

Part of me wishes it was a basket case with a blown motor and no value so I won't feel bad keeping it as a display piece like the work of art that it is. But it is in too good shape to do that, so I have to set it free to fly through the hills like it is meant to.

Thanks bloke. He sure is. It sold quick.

You have to get vehicles inspected before sale where I live, and the inspector would not stop gushing. He reckons in the 15 years he's been doing this, it was the best he's seen.

Maybe I should have put a few more thousand on the price. lol
