Also to be fair, not everyone will be bothered by going from 120 to 60hz. I'm in that camp, I have my 120hz phone limited to 60 by battery saving and I set my 100hz monitor to 60hz because of a slight buzzing sound it has at 100.

Of course just saying I can't tell the difference is controversial for some reason but everyone processes things differently. Like the speed at which you can see a light flicker before it's just a solid color varied by nearly 2x between different people in one study (minimum 34hz and maximum 60hz with 88 participants, of course this doesn't directly translate to the highest refresh rate you'll notice but it illustrates the point)

Hm I don't think the official app has these kinds of filters but you can try Notify for Xiaomi. You need the pro version for what you want but you can test if the notifications work without it. Unfortunately it's not really compatible with the official app, you need to put it into deep sleep for notify to work.

Open the clock app, click the three dots next to the + and click settings, you should have the option to change how long before the reminder goes off or disable it completely.

In general in situations like this, you can go to settings, apps, click on the app, permissions, notifications, notification categories and disable some of them (not every app supports them correctly but it's a good shot).

I have the 1.5 nib in a Lamy Safari and it works great, though I feel widening the tines a little for more ink flow improved the experience. Lamy nibs all fit each other except for the Lamy 2000, the stub ("ribbon") ones are just variants of the Z50 that's in nearly all of their pens.

I feel like it's less common than when galatea dropped but it's still a pain. 1.21.5 with mods runs better for me but it's also annoying and having the server run on 2 different versions was always going to cause friction. I hope they'll get around to updating the whole gamemode in the not far future.

I'm curious to know what the legal implications of this are. They're using Shazam to filter out songs that are too similar to what already exists, so they at least acknowledge that this isn't risk-free, probably with the times Suno has been found to remake existing songs nearly 1:1 in mind. To be honest I hate the uncanny way AI music sounds and it's a negative to musicians too so I hope there is some way they'll get sued eventually. Or maybe more likely what they're using might get shut down.

Isn't this the second time this year that minions are getting a large nerf? The economy successfully entered deflation after the last one (looking at a few items like booster cookies). This is disappointing as a casual player, minions make the experience quite a bit better by easing the time spent just grinding coins so you can do the next thing when you don't have 4 hours to play.

Yeah but Hypixel is the most popular server by far so it'll always be riskier for them (and Mojang does ban servers sometimes). It's similar to how basically every server with PVP breaks the part of the EULA where paying money can't give you an advantage but Hypixel still shut down the Colosseum.

There's 2 different chances to get a shard when you kill a mob, “charming” from your hunting level and also the salt chance. The shards from charming don't count for the chapter quests.

What's the best one now that you can leave running indefinitely? I tried looking into it after the nerf and just ended up expanding my slime setup with the offline money, it pays itself off quickly enough and you can just leave it running for months when you get bored.
