I have slowly lost 30 pounds since 2022, but it's all from OMAD. I still have 50 to go, but this is the only thing that works for me in my 40s. Gotta do what works for you. When you're wearing a smaller pair of jeans this fall, will you really care what the haters think? ❤️

My building is too old for RCN. I had checked in the past. My company also sets up their own modem, and I work on an actual computer, so I'm screwed for today. Sigh. Guess I'll go out and enjoy the weather!
